I think they may be ill. Did you recently get them?. They are eating machines when they are healthy.

If you had them awhile could be your tank water?.

I have had them think a year now outside with platys and they will eat as much as I give them.

Sometimes pet stores sell them sickly because they shove a lot of them in tanks and if one is sick all can get sick. That might be your case.
