Rotala Roundifolia or Blood Star grass?

Rotala roundifolia is my personal favourite out of the two. I have kept in multiple of my tanks. Absolutely gorgeous when you can make it go the red colour.

I guess the questions to ask would be.
What other plants do you have?
High light, medium light or low light tank? Dosing ferts? If so what?
Co2 injection?
What temperature do you run your tank?
Asking because a lot of these questions will tell you what will grow better, faster and more colorful along with what will eork better in your tank.

By blood star grass do you mean diplis diandra?
R. routundifolia grows like nobody's buisness and is super super easy to come across
However, I do prefer the look of diplis a little more, although I don't see why you can't use both in the same tank (that's what I'm doing)
and yes, your lighting and ferts and all of those things will dictate what plants will or will not work for you
