rough day in the fishroom

All my fault.Let myself get distracted getting ready for a job interview.I was draining my 125g hap tank for a waterchange.Got distracted while running around getting ready and went downstairs and the fish were flopping.Couldnt have been more than 10min.refill tank and have to leave.When I get back adult 1m 2f red empress dead.both male dolphins one was in deathspins and the other struggling,watched them both die.These are fish Ive been raising for years and were finally coming into thier glory.Im gutted cant even bear to go down there for evening feedings.
Some days just suck.
