rough sawn ok for stand build?

just a quick one but is rough sawn pine ok for a 400gallon tank build. will be using 4x4 also its just that i have been offered 3m lengths for £2 each.
or does it need to be clean cut? the stand will be trimmed with plywood and painted after.

It might be difficult to square up if its too rough!
Just a thought.
Wood is wood though and its strength comes from within....(very zen).

Should be alright but needs to be good a square as others said
