Royal Acara (Aequidens diadema) info

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone owns any Royal Acaras or has some information on them. I have a wild caught pair and would like to learn a little more about them. Thanks. Kramer.

Hi I had one for about 3 months and it just outright killed anything added to the tank in less than a day so I had to rehome him to a friend - how ever once added to their tank the Diadema was totally fine with everything - though it is in a slightly larger tank now. Just a nice docile acara now I also know someone else who keeps an adult with no problems but again this is in a larger tank. My tank was 240 liters - friend 1s tank is a 300 liters and the last one is much bigger at 6.5x2x2ft not sure of capacity.
