Alright so Ive seen some monster royal clowns with big cichlids. Can I add one to a 130 and if I do how big will he get and how long will it take him to get that big. You know like a good 8 to 10 inches or so. What has been everybodys experiences with these buggers. Can they get mean? Can they except small live food? etc etc. Oh and to add that I right now in the 130 have a 10 inch jack, a 4.5 inch green sunfish, a 12-14 inch black bass(largemouth), a huge red lobster(crayfish) and about a 5.5 inch yellow bullhead.

I would/could just look it up somewhere on the web but everybody on this site seems much more intelligent than others.

All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You could probably add one to a 130, but it won't last.

They can grow to 120cm, or 4' for you imperial people :). They don't grow as fast as normal clown knifes. Clown knifes stay at around 80cm or so, or 34", but do grow a little faster.

I don't think you should get a chitala species, unless you can upgrade to a 400gal+ tank in the near future.

Just follow the Clown Knife Sticky care. They are similar in care. There are other Stickies with other Knives too;)
