I bought one on Thursday night and he's kind of acting weird. He's in with an Albino Channel Cat(7") Pbass(4") and a FW barracuda(7")
Theyre in a 75g tank. Ammonia nitrite are 0 and nitrate is at 5. He lays and floats around in the current. I found him on the top of the water this morning thinking he was dead. I poked him and touched him a few times and then eventually he lifelessly sank to the bottom. I went to the store an hour later and he moved so I know he wasn't dead. Any thoughts about whats up with him? He's 3 inches

How did you acclimate him? Sounds like he got a shock from the change.

I put the bag in the water for thirty minutes and added a cup of my tank water to his bag water every 10 min.

Well right now there is 3 pieces of driftwood and a bell. The bell is a sort of flower pot looking thing. He is now in the gravel. Is he gonna be alright?
