So far the Dats been leaving them alone but the roselines are probably too big to fit in their mouth. One Dat is eating pellet, the other one wont.

Amazing royal. How big is he? Also did you buy him at that size or did you raise him from however big you got him? Oh and also how long did it take for him to grow if you bought him at a smaller size? Sorry, I just go crazy over plecos and catfish .

How big? My guesstimate is about 7"?

The first one on the pic is about 7 inches, the last one on the pic is about 9 to 10"
They are very slow grower, I pretty much bought it and maybe grown an inch and its been over a year or closer to two years.

Yes, I got one of the first one they imported. Still doing great so far. They are finally getting Araguaia, will see how they look.

Thank is 240 gals, Dats are still small so they are fine. They are eating pellets and shrimp.
