Hard to tell from that photo as it doesn't show tail or a good view of dorsal fin and would need to know it's size in the photo.
that will allow us to say L190 or L027 or variant of.
Unless you know where it was caught as well it will be almost impossible to nail down the exact variant of L027 but from the photo alone I would say you nailed it with L190.

I’ll try and get a better pic when he/she comes out again! It’s about 5 inches! I’ve seen some royal pleco with white patches on their tails and fins but this one doesn’t have any!
