I can't seem to fine that much infos on panaque loosing teeth and getting new ones. I wonder is it every few months or when ever the teeth get worn down. Where is Jackson when you need him, MIA

That's pretty neat. Never knew they shed there teeth but does make sense that they would. I wonder if there are any hidden under the piles of saw dust in the tank.

Most peoples wouldn't know unless they have a bare bottom tank. I'm starting to think all fish with teeth are replaceable.

I do have a bare bottom tank though. I just never paid attention to the tank floor unless there is like abnormal poop. I'll have to keep an eye out now.

When I keeping rays I would monitor when the stingray would shed a stinger I would get it out of the tank quickly so it wouldn't end up stabbing itself. Dnt have to worry too much about the royal teeth their pretty dull shape.

Very cool. Interesting shape too. Which side is used to eat, the sharp side?
