will clown plecos,bumble bee catfish,skunk loaches,and a marble sailfin pleco. be ok with a royal pleco or are they to timid and shy, and the royal will attack them?
 
Should be OK in a 220 and plenty of wood. How big are the other plecos compared to the royal?
 
I haven't experienced any aggression issues with either of my royals or their various tank mates.
 
i'm actually down sizing to a custom build oceanic 125 gallon (84Lx16Wx21.5D)
the marble sailin fin is 8-10 inches, the clowns plecos are 2-3 inches,
and the royal is 5-6 inches.
 
snakebite22 ended up selling me a gold nugget. I also counted I have 2 common plecos.
 
I have an l27 royal, l330 watermelon, albino gibby, a chocolate albino and an adonis together. No foghting at all but so messy. Multi plecos, especially wood eating types and light sand are a bad mix.
 
It shouldn't be an issue with a tank that size. Larger panaques can be quite aggressive to other plecos so just keep an eye out but i wouldn't worry about it. Its mostly just territorial bickering.
 
thanks, I think i'm just going to keep the gold nugget and the clown, and sell the commons and the marble sailfin.
