Royals with Arowana?

I was thinking of putting 2 royal plecos and an asian arowana in my 150 gallon tank. Anyone see any problems with this? Will this be enough space for 2 royals or will they fight too much? Would an asian aro be safe with these 2 tankmates?

Ive kept a royal with a silver but i had a friend who had a royal with a RTG, and the royal kept sucking on the RTG and the aro then tore the royals fins off.

this is a risk you run with all plecos... slime coat sucking. I'd say it was unusual for a royal to go for an arowana like that though.

It's a combo that should work fine and I've seen many times.

I decided not to get the L330 spotted royal. The gold line royal is cool. I will post pics when i get a chance.

i cant see any problem as long as you have bog/drif wood in the tank

i have done this mix many times in the past it would take a sick aro that would just sit their and get sucked buy the royal
