How low do ppl drop the temps for breeding these guys and for how long?Ive had mine for years and in the winter I let it get room temp but leave the cave which has a good heat pad under it.The snakes body can stay warm if it wants which it does, but the rest is my house temp just for a couple months.Ive never had issues until I moved to this damn house.RIght now I went to check on it because it mostly comes out at night, mostly, but I went to give it water and saw her nostrils look almost sealed and black.F word!THis isnt like me to let this crap happen so could it just be the air temps too low, their is no weezing or fluid. She drank water and acts normal.WHat else could it be?No pics because no cam, just picture black nostrils.:irked:

no recent shed, pry around 70.This house gets too cold dammit.I guess I gotta figure out some kind of heat lamp lid set up.Right now the lid is a piece of cut particle board with large air holes drilled in it.I found in the past that RTB seem to like rubbing the snout on the screen tops and messin their noses up so I did this instead. Now I gotta get tricky, come up with somethin.

I cant find anything on the net about this.Im gonna go get her out and check it closer.I was in the middle of making a new enclosure for my king baboon and cleaning some others when I noticed it so I just got pissed and ignored it to simmer down.

Thanks but I can get that no prob,I just dont know how Im gonna set it up,the cat likes to F with everything so it needs to be cat proof.

do they both use a cat box, lol, alright check it out,I cant believe it,I went in and got her out of her cage to place her in the bath and she just got done shedding her head, lol. The nostrils still look a bit dark but not as trippy as before so I will check her again later, wish I had a camera for this one.You guys are gonna love it when I get a camera,I know I will.Ill keep you posted on the RTB.How ironic she starts to shed after minutes of checking her.
