rtc and perruno catfish

i am hopeful getting a 6" rtc and soon after a 10-12" perruno catfish would they be ok with 2 plec's large ish

this it the rtc i will be getting hopfuly


i dont have a pic of the perruno catfish would they be ok ???

should be alright... for awhile... Till that RTC misses a feeding when it out grows everyone else in the tank... then someone is getting it...

The motto with a RTC is simply that it doesn't have tankmates only meals it's saving for later

yh lol it will get 2 about 2ft the perruno catfish and the rtc will get about 4-5ft i dout it will get 2 6ft lol

If you ever see 5' it would be a miracle from the RTC, and I'm sure you know how to tell the difference between a Perruno and a marble which your talking of a range depending on which species you get of between 2' and 3' but the RTC will get to 18" faster than your Purreno will get to 12" even with the headstart so you'll need to keep that RTC stuffed at all times or you'll have an expensive feeder

LOL You might just feed him a feeder your not expecting in the form of one of his tankmates other than that sounds great .. hope you have the space planned out for it already

The real thing is the RTC might not a chance to get big perrunos are by far no pushovers. Perrunos grow moderate but a 10 to 12 " might eat the RTC if it gets hungry or just pound on it for fun. No you probaly won't see to many 5'
RTC b/c not every animals reaches the species full size plus they don't get much space.
