?
i have a 10 inch tsn in my tank currently. my fried has a stunted rtc which does not grow he is about 8 - 9 inches long i decided to take him and put him in my pond which is a 9 x 4 x 3 the rtc never grows maybe 1 inch per 4 months so will i be okay if i put my tsn in the pond when he reaches 12 inches since he is growing really fast.
here is a pic of the tsn

There ya go. I find more people view the vids if they are embeded. :)

So for the fish. Your RTC will and should grow faster than that in your pond even if stunted. RTC and TSN come out of a stunted phase very easily in most cases and can still attain a very large size. ONce it gets good water quality and proper diet that is. :) As for it being safe with the TSN. Should be ok right now. TSN is big enough not to be eaten with the sizes you mention and also not so large that it could eat the RTC. It's like a balancing act. Really depends on the fish though. Your tsn might outgrow the RTC or the RTC might outgrow the TSN. Do you have plans for a larger pond in the future? THis should be ok for maybe 2 or 3 years depending on their growth, but eventually you will need to upgrade to something like a 8' x 16' x 3-4'. :) Hope this helps and please post updates.
