i dont understand the reason for extra width seeing that the fish are only going to reach 1.2 m ?
can any1 else chime in on this, lol whenever i start a thread i really struggle to get it going, am i just that boring?
zzzzzz, just kidding, those are huge dimensions if my conversion in my head is right. Should be enough with the right filtration and plenty of water changes. Is this a rtcxtsn or one of each?
i would take it to a meter high. When these guys get big there almost about a foot tall. Sorry dont know what that is in meters. I would really try and push it to 4 feet tall but thats just me. Good luck to you.
ok, just to help you guys out about 3 feet is 1 meter, so the tank is about 2.7ft tall if we go any taller we need a much thicker glass which is way more expensive but ill look int it. the pond is for an rtc and a tsn, for filtration i was thinking to of those huge ehiem canisters, can any1 help me out with the name of them?
You don't need it to be deeper than 2.7ft imo, but you'll need more filtration than just a big canister filter.
