rtc cloudy eye

i gotten a juv rtc recently. however when i was choosing the fish at my lfs i overlooked the cloudy eye. when it was back in my tank i realized it has internal cloudy eyes.

the cloudiness is inside and not external.

just wondering is there any chances this might recover by itself? or do i need to try some salt or medicine?

In most cases it would appear pristine water and some time plus stress-free environment is all that's needed.

If the fish feeds, pristine water and lack of stress is definitely all it needs to recover.

Thanks for input. The rtc is feeding well in my tank now and my water should be all right. Hope it'd recover soon.
