Mine looks a little ragged this morning. I suspect the bicher was giving him trouble during the night. Anything in particular I could do to expedite the healing process? He just had a nice amount of fresh shrimp 5minutes ago and is eating like a champ. I left him with a little belly. BTW, I just got this guy on Wednesday, so I'm thinking the bicher is having territory issues, as its always been used to being the dominant fish in the tank.

Just looking for an excuse to practice photog, so here we go.

with flash/no tripod (im a little hungover, so my hands werent exactly steady)

BTW, this guy reminds me of an old TSN I had, hanging out in the plant like that. Pretty funny little guy. Reminds me of a puppy.

I have some tiger barbs that pick on my rainbows...I tried this product called MELAFIX by aquarium pharmacuticals....I did only 2 days of treatment, and the fins are looking fantastic!!! I colud not believe my eyes!!!

Check out this link, and click on the MELAFIX...

Yeah, I've heard of Melafix. It's a great product. I think I'm just going to let it heal on its own. This is my favorite fish I've ever had. I'm probably going to do an indoor pond for this guy when he gets bigger. I've had him for 3 days and already he's grown on me.

Melafix is safe for ALL fish. I was at a seminar for AQUARIUM PHARMACUTICALS and I had asked TONS of questions...that was one of them...if melafix was safe for all fish, and low & behold...It says it right on the bottle, and the rep had told me it was...I keep loaches, they are fine after the treatments I have given them.
Just an FYI!!!
