Rtc feeding tips

I have a baby rtc I want him to beef up a lot more quicker than the pace he's going it seems like the only time he tends to eat a lot is when I'm feeding the rest of my fishes mealworms but as far as sinking pellets he doesn't bother. So any other ways to beef him up as quickly as possible?

Hahah you're a fool. But yeah I know I have to feed with moderation he hasn't eaten in about 3 days which I'm concerned about. What type of foods would be the best to grow him up quick? Stick to mealworms or should I change it up?
