i have a video that i will put up in a moment of my rtc hand feedig but ive added 1 more rtc 2 my big tank so i have 2 in the big tank as u no and 1 in the little tank ive seen it makes them happer/mor active and conifident(spelling) as my 11" rtc has come up and hand feed he has only took out of my hand when he been in his rock and is starting to grow loads latly i recon hes 12"now :) lol ill upload the vid soon i went a big crazy when he took it i was shocked as i thought it was the 14"+ rtc that i have he hand feeds every time i feed them gose propa crazy and rips the food out of my hand as the other 11"+ rtc only is lighter taker is there any reson they are diffrent or is it because he is smaller then the bigger rtc ?

I've hand fed mine since I got him at 3". I don't do it all the time but he could care less where the food comes from, usually I just toss whatever it is in the tank and he does work.
 
where is the Vid then Josh?? mine hand fed from 3" too it came to the top of the tank at 3" too and thats along way in a 21/2ft deep tank for a small fish LOL.
btw the ray is doing fine and has grown a bit i think.
