right now my rtc is about 4" long had him for about a month been feeding him blood worm cubes, and im wanting to know how i should start getting him to learn to eat from my hand and what it is i should start him off eating???

find out wat his favorite food is mine used to be freeze dried krill, its easiest to do if they have a cave they hide in start by taking the food down in your hand and into his cave right in his face and let the food go and float to the top of the cave do this repeatedly and eventually he'll grab the food out of your hand (DON'T WORRY THEY DO NOT HAVE TEETH) mine got to the point that everysingle time I stuck my hand in the tank for any reason he'd swim up and swollow half my hand and gum me to death sucking on my hand

ya i wasnt afraid of them having teeth, been handling catfish for awhile haha. ill finish up the blood worms i have and try and introduce him to krill.

just on the topic of feeding. ive thought about getting one or two of those frogs that live under water..usually grey and have the albino versions as well. think it would be okay to throw those in with my rtc and hybrid to see if they would eat them???

IMO Kind of cool to hand fed them. I feed my by hand Tilapia, Salmon, and Shrimp.
Waits for me like a small dog would wait for their owner to get home.

my dad used to have one in a pool and he hand fed it dog food was kind of cool

Just a thought. Are you only feeding Blood Worms? I would defiantly get a varied diet starting early. I would add some high quality pellets and like mentioned tilapia, shrimp, tubifex worms, night crawlers, silver sides, red worms. Just to through out a few.

right now just blood worms but ill be going to the LFS and try and pick up somethings

When he gets bigger he will eat an incredible amount, just make sure that he has a comfortable belly not anything that looks like it is bulging. You can also get talipa from your local market in the seafood section just make sure it is uncooked or treated in anyway. This is a fine thing to feed them and pretty inexpensive. I know hand feeding is fun but don't overfeed :) happy fish keeping
