OK guys, I've been seeing a lot of hybrid cats around, that's the reason I'm posting here.
And MOST of all have the RTC in.
To be honest, here in my homeland I never seen such hybrids for sale.
Considering the RTC is famous for his "fights" in fishing, can be found here as a native fish, and is beuty, I got a favor to ask you all.
Please, post the hybrids you got.
That fish really got my heart.

Here's pics of my RTC x TSN, and my RTC x Marble, I've also owned tsn x blochii, and tsn x marble.

One reason you don't see the hybrids is they are mainly produced in asian countries. I've done a lot of research on them and it's certain there are people producing them in asia, europe, and the USA, but so far I have not seen any from SA. It use to be thought they were accidentally produced in RTC/TSN breeding ponds in SA, but I highly doubt that as most breeding programs are for one species in each pond.

thats the only 2 that i got. they are cool cats and i can't wait till they get as big as necrocanis's.

The only advice I can give is that it should grow faster than mine as I've had to move from house to house about 5 times since I've had him. That stressed him to where he didn't eat for 3-6 months in some cases. If he would have eaten the whole time I had him I'd be in big trouble right now lol. We'll see if I can't get some more out of him in the next couple of years while in the tank I'm building.

nice hybrids necrocanis.
the only hybrid I know some people use to have here is the RTC x TSN, on breeding farms for, what we call here "pesque e pague" (something like fish and pay).
But not on the rivers.

i just got a baby rtc x tsn today its only 2-2.5 right now in my 20 gal tank
but soon to be in my 500g indoor pond:)

don't forget rtcxparoon
