curious is this is a possibility? to keep an rtc in a jacuzzi in my garage? I live in a cold climate and this was one option i was thinking about. I am really trying to avoid the whole indoor pond deal. A monster tank i can afford but not sensible at this time for me plus id have to remove one of my doors completely to get it in my house. big $$$$$

Sounds like he already has the jacuzzi...
Just be careful about the temperature I'm not familiar with how well a jacuzzi heater regulates.

Hopefully it's a soft tub- very portable and don't take up too much space.

I'd be careful with the temp as those things can get pretty hot...and stay hot when the heat source is removed.

yea but a jacuzzi is usually like 5x5 around there and no where big enough for an RTC, remember the benchs will make it hard for him to move around
why not just sell the jacuzzi and get a big tank and assemble it piece by piece in your house

yeah i do have access to one.... id never trust myself to assemble a tank id be afraid of leaks. other option i was thinking is indoor pond...my family might admit me to the looney bin if i do that though lol.

just get a 12ft pool that comes with a filter for 99.99 at walmart and they're really strong, they work great plus its 3.5ft deep, thats 3775 gallons, keep that in the garage,if ur going to own a big fish you'll need a big tank,or just get a smaller pool like 8ft,5x5 is prob gona be to small
