RTC leaning up In corner of tank?

Hello! My RTC is like leaning slash standing, It sounds weird, In the corner of his tank! He's like 20 inches long and his nose Is close to the top of the water line! He ate a big meal yesterday and I dont know If he's just overfull! What could this be? And Is this common? Thanks!

Mine does it to. It's normal. How big is the tank?

mine was 32 inches before i got him out of my 150 gal and he did the same thing
