my RTC just swallowed a rock.will it still be able to regurgitate the rock?what will be the long term effect of this to the RTC?it's been 3days now since it swallowed the rock,so far his appetite is not affected,even a bit.lol!..

He'll cough it up at some point. Either that or he'll just have a large lump in his stomach.
You can try to speed up the process by overfeeding...if they eat too much, they'll puke. I've never seen one puke, but they say it happens.

The sand is 3M color quartz. I got it for fairly cheap from a local masonry shop. I'm not sure if they have it in the Philippines, but you might be able to find something similar. This was the smaller "s" grade. They also have a larger "t" grade. It works well and they have all different colors.
