hi i kept my RTC 4" with a couple of live shrimps
but what that

looks like wound or something

Kinda looks like a wound, but its hard to tell in the pic.

hard to tell 100% from that pic, but seems to be fungus on a wound?

heater burn?

just looks like a slime coat graze to me - keep a look out for cotton wool like groths if you dont see any dont worry-as for heater burn-you should have heater out of tank for almost all big fish.
