quick video and of course awesome growth rate and so well tempered has not eaten anything as of yet......... but im sure its getting close lololol, also the gill curl has disappeared with the growth :) just needed perfect water conditions and right diet!

i designed in metric, but its basically 8x3x2.2 (LxWxH) link in my signature to the tank details etc

yeah i was extremely happy to see the gill curl getting better every day, main diet is massivore and green peeled prawns once a week altho he likes to come up and steal the food sticks from all the other fish... just yesterday i added a 60cm saratoga and they all get along fine

Yea that's awesome and its made me think maybe it was my water quality more than the massage technique that cured mine.

I'm thinking of getting another 1 when all my others have grown out a bit and I will definitely try this diet, thanks bro

thx mate :) yeah its big enuf for a year or so then will try upgrade to like 10x4 or something lolol

yeah mate as far as i know poor water condition is wot causes the curl as long as water is in pristine condition and has good flow they will be fine and as it grows the gill seems to fix itself as long as it hasnt been let go for to long and cant go wrong with this diet hikari is my pellet of choice for all fish and prawns are simple/clean and help bring out the red
