RTC VS RTC X TSN

It's a tough call. I'd lean towards the hybrid because I have a general idea of what RTCs are like cradle to grave. It is also well documented. But it'd be interesting to study the hybrid, from behavior to trivial things, like a final size, which is atm largely unknown/unpublicized... in part because the parents are unknown (the exact TSN; mother/father).

get the rtc X tsn hybrid they don't get as big.

im not getting either. I'm just curious as to what y'all think. i wouldn't know because i hear rtc x tsn have way more personality and interactiveness but i think the rtc are much better looking. excluding some hybrids. I've seen some hybrids that look way better than rtc but their are some that look way worse.

What are you saying? I've only seen one type of what is called an RTCxTSN hybrid. It always looks the same (discounting mutants, cripples, etc). Have you seen others?

I'm talking about the rtc x tsn hybrid. Some have different body shapes or coloration but it's not a huge difference. It's usually just the shape of the head that's different.

IDK what your thinking but the hybrids get just as big or bigger than either a RTC or TSN. Mine is catching up to my 3' rtc quick and he is about 8months younger.

Oh, I see. Right. But I think these are mutations called "duck-bill". I've had one like that - (I posted pics in the wrong thread) - http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/f...114-Personal-exp-with-spotted-shovlenose-cats

I remember you are into TSNs too. Duck-bill mutants occur most (?) often among TSNs, IME and from what I read around.
