I have asked before but I didnt get the best answers. I have my rtc x tsn in my 55 gallon and I will be moving him into a 150 in about 2 months and was wondering if I could keep a fire eel with him in the 55 and then when I move the hybrid into the 380 tank I would move the eel into the 150. Could I do this? And what else can I keep with the hybrid. I am getting an rtc next week but I dont plan on getting a tsn. Also could I keep a lince catfish (Platynematichthys notatus) with him or how fast do they grow? I really like rare fish so any suggestions?

I guess the easiest answer is not to keep fish prone to being eaten, eels are more easier to be devoured by your hybrid so I wouldn't really recommend having the two together.

I am going to put them into a 150 after the 55 then 380 -> 800 -> 1200 -> 8000 -> 22000. I am going to get some much bigger fish in the higher tanks.

i keep pacus, a oscar, jurapari, pictus cat, and a huge severum with my RTC. And my hyrbid and TSNs are housed with a variety of african and south american cichlids. Ive been wanting a fire eel. My LFS has one about a foot long for 40 but i know my RTC would just eat it. But you should be ok with the Wckii as long as its around the size of your largest cat.

Yeah Im looking to end up with one of my tanks with mainly just cats. Ive seen people try it but they just end up with a lot of rtcs and tsns and maybe a few channel cats. Also how much do Wyckii cost? And how fast do Lince Catfish (Platynematichthys notatus) grow?

Be prepared for a fast growing catfish that will eat anything it can fit in it's mouth! MY RTC x TSN grew about 10 inches in less then 6 months! Got rid of him as he would eat all the food and leave none for my stingrays. LOL
