RTCxTSN flow/current

How much/strong of a flow/current would you guys recommend for a RTCxTSN?

I dont know about hybrids but my tsn likes a strog current to swim against...he also likes a hide to get away from it to sleep!

My RTC has areas he could "swim" in but he lays around for the most part.

dont need current really but im sure wouldnt mind just give it a try!!! mine is just under 2ft and is very active never stops moving!!!

so when selecting a pump what kind of turn over rate would you guys recommend? Around a 5?

5-10 wouldnt go much higher but your personal preference i would go lower to start and can always upgrade
