RTG appetite?

just picked an rtg a few days ago, hes about 4-5 inches and he does not like to eat much. so far its eating on 1 or 2 mealworms, and thats it. also he isnt very active and like to stay towards the back of the tank.

temp is at 82 and parameters are good.

Your fish is fine... Just give it some time to settle in and try not to do any fast movement in front of the tank.. And for his appetite, don't feed him mealworms until your fish gets bigger cus the shell is hard. You can feed him super worm, their shell is soft...

so just about how long will it take?

had him about 6 days now.
