Just wanna see your guys opinion on this. I recently rescued a RTGG from a lfs. It was in a tank with a whole bunch of bigger cichlids and he was getting it's a55 whooped. It's about 5" or so now. So I brought him home, and he healed up nicely. Then he started picking on my other fish. Anyways, long story short I couldn't (didn't want to) get rid of him so I put him in our pond in the backyard. It's not too big, about 150-200 gallons. His tankmates are just some goldfish. The pond is heated, and I live in NorCal so it doesn't get too cold at night. I was just wondering what you guys thought his chances of survival would be. I know if he makes it to 11-12" he would look bad a55. His colors should be awsome. So yeah, any advice and good wishes would be appreciated. Thanks.

It can survive...as long as the temp is maintained and does not fluctuate too much.
