I have been trying to grow out a pair of RTM's & Jag's but recently lost my male RTM, and my Female JAG. Do you think I will be able to get the Male Jag to eventually pair with the female RTM?

I do not normally like cross breeding, but I would not sell the fry this would strictly be a way to free up a tank, and enjoy watching fish breed.

Do you think they would pair, or fertilize eggs

I would love to see pics if this has been done before.​

yes. same genus hybrids are easiest. Almost all central Americans can hybridize with eachother,.

yess possible but i bet the babies woulkd just look like a brown mota

Yes definately possible, I have bred managuense with dovii. I have seen jag hybrids of many different species.
I would like to see a dovii x motaguense

parachromis species will try to breed with just about any cichlid species they are little s---- fill in the blanks..
