Getting a free 75G with filters and everything from my girlfriend's uncle, decided to go with a solo specimen and I'm stuck between RTM or a Grammode. Which would you guys go with? I'm kinda leaning towards Grammode after I saw this on google

..Ok maybe not totally solo, was thinking of adding a catfish.

RTM, but only because i have a nice grammodes right now lol I've always wanted an RTM though.

RTM they would fill out the space more. unless you dont mind waiting a long time for a grammy to grow

I've heard Grammodes are pretty shy. A single shy fish in a 75g that grows extremely slow doesn't sound like much fun to me. The grammode will eventually look great and might end up with good personality, but unless you can find an adult I would definately go RTM.

Grammode with Dithers.....

Not shy then, Ill attest,

That dog will hunt.....Trust me.....

My 8" male grammodes is one of the most human aggressive fish I've owned. He's also the only one, in the last few years, that's been quick enough to bite me. My 10" male RTM isn't shy, but nowhere near as outgoing as the grammy.

Tough call. They both are sweet but I guess I would have to go with a RTM. Never had one, lots of nice coloration. If im not mistaken they are personable too!?

Yeah, I've heard they can be great fish. But you see a lot of posts on here with people complaining about the juvy grammodes being extremely shy. That's why I recommended finding an adult.
