RTM sexing plz

Got another rtm, was guessing male also but this one has a little bit different body shape.

How can you tell the difference in RTM's between male and female?
Also, how long would a 2-3 inch one take to grow out to 5-6 inches?

My other rtm went from 3 to 6 inches in about a month and a half. This guy is growing ALOT slower. He is less than half the size and girth. I got them at the same time, they were about half an inch.

males get little spots females color up very red with markings when you see a female youll def understand! nice looking rtm by the way!
