I've been searching and searching... is anyone aware of anyone breeding or selling Rubber Boas?

My girl fell in love with them at a reptile show last year and has recently realized how simple their care would be. So in the typical attitude of "keeping the lil lady happy" I told her we could set up a 30 gal for one (or preferably an unrelated pair).

Then I hit this brick wall of... I can't see to find a breeder of them anywhere! Naturally I'd rather find captive bred babies, but if I could stumble across a male & female wild caught adults I'd jump on the opportunity. I've never really been into breeding fish or other animals for profit, but there is quite obviously a shortage of Rubber Boa suppliers as I see to find plenty of add looking for them, but can't find a single specimen for sale.

Any nudge in the right direction would be helpful. Naturally I've tried the conventional approaches (fauna classifieds, kingsnake.com, many google searches, etc)

I check Fauna and KS for Rubber Boas pretty much everyday. I'm looking for a specific locality to pair up with some of mine and you do need to be diligent.

But with that said, I feel like there have been a lot for sale the past year or so. But the ads can get burried pretty quick if not outright deleted.

Rob and Amy Zerkle were the most recent sellers of Rubber Boas that I can think of. They have many of the breeders from Lloyd Lemke's old collection.

Check on
www.kingsnake.com

they have tons of people that have multitudes of snakes! I have Kenyan Sand boas currently for sale, but im not pleased with the ways that the shipment companys treat snakes so i only sell locally
