Rubber maid containers?

Are rubber maid containers safe for fish? I have a few laying around and would like to use them to breed live bearers.

Perfectly safe, long as you haven't been storing something toxic in them. Just bear in mind that some less robust models will bow out when filled up all the way

I'd wash them with hot water then rinse just in case though. But totally fine.
