I ordered a couple gallons of the UG rubber from them on Friday, and since then usps tracking has told me they havent received the product from the company, but it was electronically scheduled to arrive soon.

I placed my order, but accidentally forgot to type in my zip code and just the city (HONOLULU, HI) and my address. When I emailed them shortly after to request a change, I was automatically sent an email for a resonse. When Monday arrived (no response via internet) I called theyre office, and got transferred to the voicemail of a sales representative by the name of Paul Citoli. Left a brief message about my dillema and still no call. Since then I have left numerous vms and emails.

Has anyone ordered from this company before, and have you ever had a bad experience with them. Before purchasing, I did a google search and nothing negative popped up about them, but I have also not found anyones current review about the company either.

IMHO, USPS tracking on-line sucks. They are not very timely on the updates. Also since they have your name, street address, city, and probly phone # it shouldnt be that big of a problem getting it to you. i have put the wrong zip code in before and still recieved my items.
 
i haven't ordered anything from them yet but was soon considering doing so for a garage pond project. let us know how this turns out
