How big do they get?

Are they good f/ semi-aggressive community tanks (what I have?)

and...

What size tank do you recommend?

depends on the species. You probably won't find one that gets bigger than 5-6". Good community fish. Give it some hides, and lots of vegetable type foods.

Mine is a fantastic algae eater. They are a worthwhile pickup.

They generally prefer slightly lower temps too.
