Rubbermaid Fish Tank?

Hello there, I was just wondering if it would be okay to put my 20 rosie reds in a rubbermaid like this. Also, would they be able to breed in here? The rosies are my feeder fish. My Piranhas get a little treat every now and then.

Dont put a lid on it unless you have holes in the lid. Cutting off the gas exchange wouldnt be a smart thing to do.
