Rubbermaid Live Stock Tanks, Who has one?

Hi,

The surface of the Rubbermaid live stock tank is not flat enough for suction cups to adhere.
What do you use to secure intake/out hose/pipes?

I usually put my pumps in the Rubbermaid, and run water up to an overhead filter.
In the photo below, the pump is in the tank pushing water up to a biofractionator.

I do the same in ponds, like the video below.

Sometimes the pump is in the deepest part of a pond, water pumped into a tank (the highest point) flowing back by gravity to a Rubbermaid, down to the pond.
 
I have pump in there as well. I was going to re-use
my FX6 strictly for mechanical filtration.
Nothing to hold the intake or outake in place.

Probably just stick to same pump, not ideal.
