Running 2 smaller heaters vs 1 big?????

Ok, is it ok to run two smaller heaters that equal (in total) wattage of one large heater. Reason, I just bought a 55gallon for my office. It came with a cheap useless 200watt glass heater. I have two 100watt stealth heaters that I really like. So, would it be ok to run the two 100 watt heaters in unison vs. running the one big 200watt crap heater?

yea i do it all the time

i dont think it really makes a difference besides more plug outlets being taken up

yup 2 are better than 1.... its a nice back up feature if one ever fails....
