ghost knifeHi everybody,
I'm new to this hobby.I've had this tank setup for about 8 months now.
Using a API liquid water tester I have 0 amonia,0 nitites,a ph of 6.8,and a KH of 2%.This is a30gallon tank with 12 zebra danios, 1 clown loach,a bunch of ammono shrimp,1 oto, 1 pleco,12 tetra,and 1 black ghost knife.
Also there is one siamese algea eater. The algea eater has developed a rusty brown patch above his head and a small spot near the base of his tail. This concerns me very much.I some times fail to wash my hands before working on the tank.So I'm thinking I probably brougt this on.Also I do 50% water changes weekly. The tank also has lots of live plants.I would br interested in any advice and or solutions to help this guy out.
THANK YOU,Jim
