i need help my silver aro is not eating idk y and it has like some ick or bubbles on the eye can someone help me please!!!!

Any pics of the eyes? Water parameters? Is the fish noticeably thin? What is the appearance of its poo? What foods have you tried?
try some crickets if young....is this newly bought or have you had it...arowana are known for random hunger strikes get some feeders (well quarantined ones) and gte him to eat then try better foods.
