SA Breeding Questions

I want to breed some SA Cichlids. The four i want to start out with are the Jack Dempsys, Fire mouths, Convicts, and Green Terror. I have the convicts breeding right now in a 20L. So my question is what size tank is need to breed the others(JD, GT, FM)?

And at what size do these start to breed?

Ok. What about the size they start to breed at? i know fire mouths breed small or correct me if im wrong.

i think 4". but i saw a pair breed at a pet store as small as 3 1/2".
