Well,
Monocirrhus polyacanthus usually eat only live food, but if you train them they EVENTUALLY get non-living meaty foods, like dead shrimps. BTW, you should try it VERY HARD, and you'll most probably get frustrated and the fish HUNGRY. Most SA leaffishes won't accept non-living, though, be warned.
Polycentrus schomburgkii ("false" leaffishes), though, eat ANYTHING, even pellets and flakes.

I USED TO BUY FEEDER SHRIMPS, BUT EVENTUALLY FROZEN PRAWNS SEEMED TO GO DOWN WELL. MIGHT NEED A BIT OF PATIENCE THOUGH
