Maybe replace the cichla w/ something else. The cichla will eat the BA tetras and out grow the tank.
Or get a tank 200g+ and get rid of the tetras.
Geos would be a good replacement for the cichla.

I know the cichla will out grow it, Iv had quite a few of them:) once it reaches 5" it's going in it's own tank till about 8" then to a pond hopefully:) I want some geos but I want to buy a breeding group and those are costly!:P

I guess it depends on what type of geo you like. Not all are expensive.

I don't know anything about the cichla, but if you move that one. Then you could try rosy and red glass barbs with the BA Tetras.(mine get along great) and it adds a lot of color and movement. And I would also add an EBJD, should get along well with the sevs and bring a good contrast and then finish it off with a rubberlip or bristlenose pleco.
Good Luck
