would a 3 in payara be alright in a 30 gallon with a pbass for now?

The P-bass will outcompete the payara for food unless you want to dump in large quantities of feeders at a time. However, that aside I think the P-bass would be a great teacher fish and help create a less nervous payara over time. If I had room for adult P-bass I would definitely try it out.
