What do i feed it, im preety sure by the look of those chompers it eats live, but can i ever ajust him to eating anything else like pellets, boodworms, flakes, frozen krill. ANYTHING?

But you are right. Payara are strictly fish eaters and very hard to get off live.

They are hard to get off of live. Some people have had luck dangling a piece of shrimp. My redtail has accepted Hikari super pellets large size on 2occasions. It's a trial and error thing. Good luck with it.

today i went to one of my lps, they feed it all kinds of frozen foods, brine shrimp, blood worms, krill, beefheart. . . . . they put tuffys ( rosey reds ) in there for the exo to chase it, but they dont feed it them ( i mean it will eat them but they always keep them in there for him/her )
