If everything works out I should be down there on the 20th.Looking for a few baby/small Pbass and a whole bunch of small silver arowanas.

If anybody has anything or know of some good deals at the LFS's give me a heads up.I'm actually hoping to get like 10 aros but I only need like 3-4 small pbass.

Check out the lfs. They have everything you're asking for and are just great. I recommend all of the lfs, but some stores can be crap from time to time.

I'm from Modesto, but I've been to Exotic Aquarium and Capitol Aquarium. Both were really awesome, WAY better than what we have down here...

For the p bass- capitol has a lot of them (monos) at 1-2" for $11.95, exotic had some (monos) a few days ago for around $7 I think, and JoJo's has 3-4" Tems for $30.

For the silvers- capitol has very small ones around 3" for $28 I think, and JoJo's has them at 4-6" for $26.

Are you looking for anything else? I can probably help point you towards the right store. JoJo's is your best bet for rarer fish.

:irked:

TFW got it right, JoJos is the place to go. All of the good shops are within a short drive of each other, go to jojos last.... send me or TFW a pm if you want a tour guide

Are you bringing anything down with you??

Thanks for the tips guys.

Actually I'm going down to meet up with a member who was looking to purchase my Indos and Widebar.

Sac is like a maze to me!As is I was just going to meet at arco arena but if I decide to go into the city to check out the LFS's it would be cool to meet up with a local MFKer.

Is it even a good idea to be trying to bring baby fish back on a two hour drive or should I just wait til I get back and pay the extra cash to get them here?

Well whoever the member is, ask him for directions, as all the lfs are great. You wouldn't want to miss them. They have very exotic fish from oddballs to cichlids and just about anything you are searching for should be there. I highly recommend you to go the lfs in Sac.

You should be fine on the drive back to redding. Just bring an ice chest with you to put the bags in, and ask them to bag all of the fish separately.

Okay thanks guys if anybody wants to do any LFS checking that day give me a heads up.The member I'm meeting actually isn't from there but yeah good thinking I'll ask if he knows the are.

For the silver aros it sounds like jojjos has the nest deals, but do they have ten and do you figure they would cut an even better deal for my buying that many?

One other thing I am looking for that I forgot is a young red tail giant gourami.......
